Websites are dead. Long live WebMinds.

A WebMind recognizes every visitor, understands their intent and guides them personally to the goal — 24/7, without anyone stepping in.

A WebMind is not a website. A classic website shows everyone the same thing — the same copy, the same images, the same path. A WebMind thinks: it recognizes who is arriving, adapts every piece of content in real time, qualifies the visitor into a lead and hands them off to your team already prepared. We invented this category because, in the age of generative AI, classic marketing websites have stopped selling.

Core promises
01

Live personalization in seconds

Every visitor sees a page tailored to them, often before they scroll for the first time. Headline, examples, references, tone, language, CTA — all adaptive.

02

D qualifies around the clock

Your AI consultant leads every conversation, extracts budget, timeline and need, and escalates only real opportunities to your team.

03

More revenue without more traffic

Same visitor flow, markedly higher conversion. In our industry experience, lead rates on personalized pages sit several times above those of static pages.

04

Self-learning from day one

The system learns from every visit and improves copy, flows and offers automatically. Your site gets better every single day.

01

Visitor recognition & identity graph

The moment a visitor loads the page, a recognition process kicks off that produces a precise profile within seconds.

What is it?

We combine cookie-less browser fingerprinting, IP-based company detection, device characteristics, referrer analysis and behavioral signals into an identity graph. This graph does not know who you are — but it knows enough to be relevant: industry, company size, probable role, area of interest, language, device, intent stage.

What does it look like?

A buyer at a mid-sized pharma company in Munich clicks a LinkedIn link. Before he even sees the hero, the WebMind knows: industry = pharma, company size = 250-1000 employees, source = LinkedIn whitepaper campaign. The headline reads: "Compliance-ready AI for regulated industries." The language is German, the references lean pharma, and the CTA is "Request a compliance briefing" instead of "Try for free".

Why does it matter?

Classic websites are the same for everyone. The enterprise buyer sees the same copy as the solo founder. Both leave disappointed. A WebMind eliminates that: every visitor lands on "their" page. In our industry experience, personalized pages lift conversion noticeably, because relevance is the most important buying signal in B2B.

How we build it

No cookie banner theater, no tracking disclaimer overkill. We work with GDPR-compliant fingerprint signals, server-side IP resolve and anonymous session linking. No personal data until explicit consent. The identity graph lives end-to-end encrypted on EU servers, with row-level security at the database tier. What we do, we can openly show to any data protection officer.

Typical use cases

  • Enterprise sales pages with long decision cycles
  • B2B SaaS with multiple target groups (SMB, enterprise, agencies)
  • Premium consulting with high deal sizes
  • International brands with country-level weighting
02

Real-time personalization (copy, images, tone, flow)

Every element on a WebMind page can change per visitor — text, image, tone, order, even entire sections.

What is it?

Personalization in a WebMind is not a later afterthought — it is the founding principle. Every headline, every paragraph, every image and every call-to-action passes through a personalization layer before it is rendered. The rules come partly from the identity graph, partly from the D sales engine, partly from experiments the system runs on its own.

What does it look like?

The same visit to our About page reads, for a founder from the SaaS world: "I'm Fabio — I built companies myself before I founded Domani AI." For a buyer at a large corporation the same section reads: "Domani AI is an independent AI engineering studio with GDPR-compliant EU infrastructure and bank-level security." Same paragraph, completely repackaged — to match the decision logic of the visitor.

Why does it matter?

People buy from people, but they do not buy from generality. A startup founder wants to hear closeness and speed. A buyer wants compliance and stability. When your page has to say both at once, it loses both. Real-time personalization dissolves the trade-off — you win both without compromises in tone, depth or phrasing.

How we build it

Every copy unit on the page has a personalization key. The D sales engine can override this key per visitor — either from pre-stored variants or freshly rephrased live, with the identity graph as context. Personalized content is delivered in the same response as the rest of the page, with no visible delay.

Typical use cases

  • Corporate sites serving SMB and enterprise at the same time
  • Multi-product vendors with heterogeneous audiences
  • E-commerce with a personal offer dramaturgy
  • International brands with country-specific references
03

D — the AI consultant as your 24/7 salesperson

D is not a chatbot. D is your first point of sales contact: with sales acumen, product understanding and the right tone.

What is it?

A WebMind always comes with D. D is a specialized AI agent who runs every conversation with a visitor as if he were an experienced team member from your own company. He knows your offer in detail, understands the situation of the person across from him, asks the right questions, recognizes buying and warning signals, and documents every contact so that your sales team, when it takes over, knows exactly what is at stake.

What does it look like?

A visitor types at 11:41pm: "We need something that checks invoices automatically." D does not respond with a feature list. D asks: "How many invoices per month, and where do you doubt yourself most today — on the amount, the vendor match, or the VAT?" In seven messages D has figured out: 4,000 invoices/month, needs to hook into the existing ERP, pain point is VAT errors, budget indication mid five-figure range, decision-maker already in the chat. By morning, a compact briefing sits in your sales team's inbox.

Why does it matter?

Most leads are lost because nobody responds within five minutes. At night, on weekends, during meetings. D works always. And D works better than a junior SDR — he has the product docs in his head, makes no emotional mistakes, forgets no question. You get more qualified conversations without hiring more salespeople.

How we build it

D combines a modern, language-specialized AI model with an intelligent knowledge system covering your product docs, pricing, case studies and FAQ. In front of that sits an orchestration layer that reads sentiment, buying signals, out-of-scope questions and escalation triggers. Every conversation is stored securely — with a quality score, an automatic summary and a handover recommendation for your team. Missing information D flags to a human — with context, not as an alarm.

Typical use cases

  • Agency websites with initial-consultation needs
  • Software vendors with products that require explanation
  • Service firms with high project volume per lead
  • Companies with international customers across many time zones
04

Automatic lead qualification & scoring

Not every visitor is a customer. A WebMind knows this — and filters, sorts and prioritizes automatically.

What is it?

Every interaction of a visitor — from the first movement to the last message to D — flows into a continuous scoring model. The model evaluates fit (does this company match our offer?), intent (how ready to buy is this person?), urgency (how soon will they decide?) and trust (have we built enough to take over?). Only when all four scores cross a threshold does your sales team receive an alert.

What does it look like?

Two visitors on the same page. Visitor A: freemail address, no company recognized, reads three minutes without interaction, asks about price. Score: 22/100 — no alert, but a newsletter invitation. Visitor B: corporate IP from a logistics group, reads 14 minutes spread out, downloads a whitepaper, asks D a detailed integration question, mentions a Q3 timeframe. Score: 87/100 — 90 seconds later your head of sales receives a push notification on his phone with briefing, call recommendation and conversation transcript.

Why does it matter?

Sales is expensive. Every minute your team invests in leads that will never buy is a minute missing from a lead that would. A WebMind performs exactly this triage — not on gut feeling but on behavioral signals no human could evaluate in real time.

How we build it

The scoring model combines rule-based logic (company size, industry, budget indication) with ML-based behavioral patterns (scroll depth, return visits, dwell per section, click paths) and semantic analysis of the chat transcripts. The weights learn with every closed deal — what your sales team actually wins later pulls the model up, what was canceled pulls it down.

Typical use cases

  • B2B sales organizations with an overloaded inside-sales team
  • High-ticket offers with a long qualification cycle
  • Corporations with regional sales teams and uneven lead distribution
  • Marketing agencies that deliver qualified leads to their clients
05

Multi-agent system in the background

Behind D stand up to 15 additional specialized agents — each with a clear mandate, a clear boundary and a clear handover.

What is it?

A WebMind is not a single chatbot but a team of agents working in division of labor. One agent observes the visitor and produces signals. Another personalizes the copy. A third fetches references. A fourth holds the conversation. A fifth rates qualification. A sixth writes the briefing. The agents speak to one another in a structured language, not in free text — which makes them more reliable, easier to debug, and cheaper to run than monolithic solutions.

What does it look like?

A visitor asks: "Do you have experience with health insurers?" D pauses and calls the reference agent: "Find case studies in healthcare, GDPR focus, with measurable outcomes." The agent searches our project database internally and returns three matching examples within 1.2 seconds, each with anonymized numbers. D formulates the answer and shows the visitor an embedded snippet from one of them — with one click the full case study is readable on a new page.

Why does it matter?

A single large agent may look simpler at first glance — but it makes more mistakes, is harder to control, and is substantially more expensive to operate. Specialized agents are like a good team: everyone does what they do best, and nobody interferes with matters that are not theirs. Result: fewer hallucinations, shorter response times, traceable decisions.

How we build it

Our orchestration framework is based on clearly typed events flowing between agents. Every agent has a tightly defined task profile, its own work order and a strictly bounded tool set. We choose the right AI model per agent — small, fast models for simple decisions, larger ones for demanding analysis. This keeps response times short and operating costs low. Errors are caught locally, not flushed into the whole conversation. Everything is observable: in the command center you see live which agent is doing what.

Typical use cases

  • Complex products with many facets and questions
  • Consultative services with individual pricing
  • Vendors who must orchestrate knowledge across multiple sources
  • Companies delivering compliance-critical answers
06

Admin command center & real-time monitoring

You see your WebMind at work — every visitor, every conversation, every alert, in real time.

What is it?

Every WebMind comes with a password-protected command center. There you see who is currently on your site, what they are doing, which conversation with D is in progress, which leads are being qualified, which alerts are open, and how your conversion rates are developing day by day. No weekly Excel report — truth in real time.

What does it look like?

You open the command center at 8:15am. You see: 47 visitors overnight, 9 conversations with D, 3 qualified leads, 1 urgent alert (a CTO of a 500-person company asked three times for a demo slot, D has escalated). You click the alert, read the briefing in 30 seconds and call the prospect back at 9am — he is stunned because he wrote at 2am.

Why does it matter?

Without visibility into performance, a site becomes a black-box tool. With the command center it becomes a cockpit. You know at any time what is working, where things are stuck, and where you need to step in. Especially for managing directors who cannot attend every meeting, this is the difference between "I hope" and "I know".

How we build it

The command center is a standalone, password-protected application connected to the same data layer the agents work on. Events flow in real time — what happens, you see before the page has finished loading. Roles and permissions are finely granular: management sees everything, sales sees leads, marketing sees funnel numbers, developers see technical metrics. No data leakage across departments.

Typical use cases

  • Management teams with a need for direct marketing transparency
  • Sales leaders who must distribute leads in real time
  • Marketing teams with performance accountability
  • Agencies delivering reporting cockpits to their clients
07

SEO, LLM optimization & inbound reach

A WebMind is not only written for humans. It is optimized for Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini — all at once.

What is it?

Every page of a WebMind is readable on three levels: for humans (visual, interactive, personalized), for search engines (semantic HTML, Schema.org, clear heading hierarchy) and for LLMs (structured content, clear entities, quotable paragraphs). We do not write for keyword density but for answer quality: our paragraphs answer questions so clearly that an LLM can quote them verbatim.

What does it look like?

A potential customer asks ChatGPT: "Which agencies build personalized websites with AI agents in Europe?" ChatGPT assembles its answer from the web — and finds on our /leistungen/webminds page a clean paragraph that answers exactly that question. With source. With link. Our WebMind becomes part of the answer before the visitor ever looks at a classic Google result list.

Why does it matter?

Search is changing radically right now. Google clicks are falling, AI answers are rising. Whoever optimizes only for classic SEO today is falling behind. A WebMind is built from the start to surface in generative answers — because LLMs prefer to cite sources that deliver clear answers over those that bury the point in buzzwords.

How we build it

We work with structured data markup (Organization, Person, FAQ, HowTo, Service), clean semantic HTML, FAQ blocks with quotable answers, clean sitemap structure, LLM-friendly crawler signals, correct canonical references, meaningful image captions and a rendering approach that holds performance and freshness at the same time. Performance targets are uncompromising: top scores on load time, interactivity and stability — not only for rankings but because no one waits for a slow page.

Typical use cases

  • Brands that want to appear in AI answers
  • B2B vendors with long-tail topical authority
  • Premium products with trust-driven purchase decisions
  • Companies that need to make their expertise visible
08

Security, GDPR & trust at bank level

A WebMind collects nothing it does not need — and what it collects is protected the way you would expect it at your own bank.

What is it?

Security in a WebMind is not a late feature but a building principle. No third-party trackers, no US clouds, no ad cookies, no shadow data handover. Everything a visitor does is either evaluated anonymously or processed under explicit, granular consent. No dark patterns, no cookie banner coercion.

What does it look like?

A data protection officer examines our WebMind. He sees: a cookie banner that genuinely offers "No" as the first button. He sees: no ad-driven trackers, no pixels from social networks, no session recorders from the US. Instead a cookie-free, GDPR-compliant measurement and our own anonymized behavior pipeline. He sees: servers in the EU, end-to-end encrypted data, strict access rights at the database layer, clear data processing agreements, D working exclusively with anonymized envelopes. He says: "We can take this as is." In ten minutes.

Why does it matter?

In the DACH region, trust is not a soft topic but a buying precondition. Whoever is not sure a site is clean does not buy. On top of that: the more generative AI sits inside products, the more surface area for prompt injection, data leakage and permission errors. A WebMind that is GDPR-compliant and attack-resilient out of the box saves you not only compliance costs but also late-night phone calls with your data protection officer.

How we build it

We work with strict access controls at the database layer, a zero-knowledge principle for everything D reads (he works with anonymized envelopes), key-based server access, automatic security updates, request limits on all interfaces, strict content-security headers, continuous error monitoring and a test pipeline that runs attack patterns on every deploy. Above all: D himself has no raw access to your customer data.

Typical use cases

  • Regulated industries: finance, healthcare, legal, insurance
  • B2B vendors with large customers and strict compliance
  • Brands that want to use their data sovereignty as a sales argument
  • Companies that must operate in the DACH market without trust discounts
Real-world example

Domani AI itself: this site is a WebMind.

The page you are reading right now is not a mockup and not a marketing piece. It is the product at work. Every visitor sees a different version — the same system we would build for you. If you want to see how far personalization can go, open the same page once in a private window and once in your regular browser. The difference tells you more than any case study.

Frequently asked

What we often get asked about WebMinds.

What does a WebMind cost?

A WebMind is always individually scoped, because scope, integrations and number of agents vary widely. We deliver a reliable number only once we understand your project — either in an initial conversation with D or in a personal call. You then receive a transparent breakdown with a clear payment plan and no hidden line items.

How long does the build take?

From briefing to go-live we typically move between two and six months — depending on scope, integrations and how deep personalization should go. Smaller, clearly scoped projects can be ready faster. We do not "deliver the rest later" — the first version goes live with all core components; further work happens afterwards in small increments, without another large project.

Who owns the data a WebMind collects?

You do. Completely. Without exception. We are strictly a data processor. If you terminate the contract tomorrow, you receive a full export of all data and we delete it on our side. No lock-in mechanics on the data side.

Can I also operate the WebMind myself?

In principle yes. We discuss this individually — depending on the project there are different models (operated by us, hybrid, or full handover to your IT). The contracts with external AI model providers you always conclude directly.

What happens if D says something wrong?

D works with multiple safety layers: a tightly scoped mandate with clear boundaries, strict escalation rules for critical topics (prices, legal statements, delivery dates — which D never answers alone on principle) and a human handover on uncertainty. Every sensitive statement goes to your team before it is shown to the customer. That way D stays helpful, without ever speaking beyond his role.

Does a WebMind work in my industry as well?

The architecture is industry-agnostic. What differs is the training and personalization logic. For regulated industries we layer in additional compliance components. In most cases we deliver a brief feasibility analysis even before the offer, showing which components will work immediately for you and which need adaptation.

Quotable

WebMinds are not websites — Domani AI builds intelligent AI presences with live personalization per visitor, integrated AI consultant D and automatic lead qualification. This site itself is a WebMind.

A WebMind adapts to every visitor in seconds — language, industry, wow-features. Domani AI built the architecture as a multi-agent system with a dedicated visitor-intelligence layer and an EU-sovereign stack.
