It started with a feeling.
I'm Fabio Fornaro. For nearly 30 years I've lived in sales and marketing — I've built several companies, led teams, and seen thousands of times where the shoe pinches: not enough time, too many tools, too many "that just can't be done."
When the first serious AI models appeared, I was there from day one — not professionally, out of curiosity. I started building little helpers for myself and for entrepreneur friends. Things that used to take weeks suddenly ran in hours. And at some point it was clear: this isn't a gimmick anymore. This is the next chapter.
Domani AI is the company I would have wished for myself back when I was an entrepreneur in the engine room.
We're small. And still everywhere.
At the core, it's the two of us — Fabio and Annamaria. We run Domani AI deliberately lean and AI-native: artificial intelligence handles a large part of the engineering, while we set the direction, hold the quality bar and take responsibility for every result.
But behind the two of us stands far more: a worldwide network of experienced freelancers — developers with years of hands-on practice, in classic software engineering as much as in AI. Depending on what a project needs, we bring exactly the right people in — from voice engineering to computer vision. That's how we stay lean and scale precisely to the depth and pace your project demands.

The name isn't accidental. Anyone who knows James Bond knows Q: the man in the lab who knows every new technology before anyone else even suspects it exists. The guy who always says: "Try this — you'll like it." That's exactly what D is for us. Our own Q.
D is online around the clock. He reads research papers before they land in newsletters. He watches forums, trade articles, social-media discussions, product announcements. He knows which AI model has been better since yesterday, which company has opened which interface, which technology is about to make the next leap. That knowledge isn't in a drawer — it's a living neural network that grows denser every day.
On top of that there's classic craft: decades of sales and marketing knowledge are part of his memory. He knows the big books, the techniques, the frameworks. He understands how algorithms work, why campaigns scale, and where the lever sits for your business. That's why D can not only explain what's technically possible — he can advise you. Like a colleague with 30 years of experience who never has to sleep.
D is the head of our command center.
Every project we deliver hangs on a line — our command center. D watches. Is the server running? Is someone trying to gain access? Did an error occur? Has a certificate expired? Small things he handles himself, in seconds.

Your data stays your data.
Everything that flows through our systems is end-to-end encrypted — to strict banking standards (TLS 1.3). We host customer data and core systems in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). For individual AI features we rely on selected specialist providers — GDPR-compliant, under standard contractual clauses, and never used to train models on your data.
D himself has no raw access to your customer data — he works with anonymized patterns and encrypted envelopes. What belongs to you stays yours. Period.
