We only sell systems we use ourselves every day.

We program every system ourselves, full-stack, and run it in our own business first. We know the weak spots.

Your business should think along. Not hang on your hours.

01

Someone searches for what you do and lands on a portal first. Your own site never appears in the answer.

02

Costs travel through twenty spreadsheets, and at the end of the month nobody knows exactly where the margin went.

03

Every enquiry, every quote, every follow-up crosses your desk. The business does not scale, and you stopped scaling long ago.

The first truth

Of 35 projects, four are websites. The rest is the daily work of a trade

A landscaper plans crews, writes invoices, answers every mail. An agent wants to know where the enquiry came from. A developer wants to know whether the invoice matches the bill of quantities. A vet needs triage at night, not a diagnosis.

For each of those trades we built exactly that. One trade, its workflow, software that knows it.

You are not our test bed. We were.

Every system you see here started with us. Our own CRM, because we lost the overview. Our blog automation, because writing ate the day. Our knowledge brain, because 25 years of sales sat in one head and would not scale.

Only once it ran here, day after day, did we build it for clients. We sell you nothing we do not use ourselves.

That is not a principle from a brochure. It is the reason we know the weak spots before you trip over them.

A good system knows when to say no.

The triage system for vets makes no diagnosis. It sorts by urgency and hands over to a person. The estate agency assistant answers no mortgage questions. The chatbot refuses every attempt to work around data protection, however politely it is asked.

Whoever answers everything is liable for everything. We build systems that know their limit, because that is exactly what protects you: from promises you cannot keep, from answers you are not allowed to give, from trouble nobody needs.

In an industry that claims everything, being able to refuse is the real mark of quality.

Frequently asked questions

Is there even such a thing as an operating system for a trade?+

Not off the shelf, and that is exactly the point. What we build sits on your real workflow: it reads your bills of quantities, your invoices, your enquiries, and answers the questions your existing software leaves open. Four such systems are open to click through above.

Do you already have developers or estate agencies as clients?+

Honest answer: in this niche we do not yet have a signed client we are allowed to show. What we do have is built and open to inspect, plus running clients from the building trade: an electrical and air conditioning company in Australia, a landscaper in Europe, a building cleaning company. And we know your trade first-hand: years on building sites, long before we built software.

What does it cost?+

The website starts at €279 a month or €4,900 once, with no hidden items. For the knowledge brain we name no figure up front: the effort depends on how well ordered your knowledge already is. The cost systems depend on how many builds and users you have, so we quote only once we know your order of magnitude. What we do not do is guess a number and invoice the difference later.

Is this GDPR compliant?+

Yes, as a building principle rather than a footnote. EU hosting, no data passed on, and systems that refuse sensitive questions instead of guessing at them. The assistant on this page refuses attempts to work around data protection, even when asked as a test. Try it.

How fast is it?+

A website is ready in weeks, not months. The cost systems we build in stages: first we read your real documents, then you see a first result, then you decide about the rest. You never buy blind.

Our knowledge brain helped think through this page. We build the same system for your expertise.
