The brief
Newsletters, system notices and customer questions arrive side by side. The challenge is not just summarisation, but a useful order of attention.
Our contribution
- AI & automation
- Email connectors, fixed user rules and AI-assisted classification with visible action needs.
What we implemented
Gmail, Zoho and IMAP connectors provide intake. User rules and recognisable patterns are evaluated before AI classification.
Categories distinguish action needs, reply patterns, digests and unwanted mail. The interface supports processing and snoozing.
The delivered result
A protected internal tool for email organisation. The implementation shows how fixed rules and AI assessments can serve different roles.
What this case study establishes
No customer messages are shown. A reply-pattern category is not evidence of automatically sent replies; no measured time saving is claimed.
Based on the public entry point and our implementation records. Reachability was checked on 3 October 2026; this is not a complete functional test.
