The brief
A landscaping business needs two views of the same work: the office needs to know which job moves next; the field team needs to know which customer to visit today and what to do there. Maintenance contracts continue after the initial project. The application needed to connect these handovers.
Our contribution
- CRM & custom software
- Customer CRM with a project pipeline, quotes, calendar and recurring garden maintenance.
- Graphic & web design
- Office and mobile interfaces, plus consistent quote and invoice layouts.
What we implemented
Enquiry → job: a project board follows enquiries through site visits and quotes into delivery. Customer, project and quote stay connected; quotes can be provided as PDFs and through an acceptance link.
Planning → visit: a weekly calendar, daily view and map turn jobs into scheduled visits. Team members can record time on mobile and attach photos to the relevant job.
Project → ongoing care: maintenance contracts record customer, frequency and responsibility. Recurring visits become schedulable, while job and time overviews retain the link to recorded work.
The delivered result
The delivered web app combines CRM, scheduling and mobile records around a landscaping workflow, separately from the public website. Its architectural value is concrete: a won job can continue in the same system as a field visit and later as recurring maintenance.
What this case study establishes
